Mint and Gold Wedding Invitations
Mint and gold wedding invitations has been a trend that we loved. Ashley’s wedding shower was a Marie Antoinette theme shower and one of the inspiration photos shared with me by Bells and Bliss was a set of vintage hand painted place settings. I immediately thought of my vintage gold gilded plates that were my Grandmother’s. From these plates that I have adored since I was a tiny girl, the design for Ashley’s mint and gold shower invitations came to life.
We designed the embossed foil border in a pattern that mimicked the gold edging of the plates. The roses were placed among white peonies in the bottom corner and the gold border flows seamlessly into the flowers.
We also designed matching recipe cards in the mint and gold invitations for the guests to bring their favorite recipe to the showers.
The embossing of the gold foil created dimension and such luxury to the shower invitations.
Although these invitations were designed for a shower, they would make unbelievable mint and gold wedding invitations as well.
