When Jaclyn approached us to design her White House wedding invitations, we were beyond excited. Washington DC weddings are one of our favorites design, simply because of the graphic possibilities all of the monuments and landmarks! You can see some of our other DC wedding invitations here, here, here and here! We did a custom sketch of the White House along with the Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial and Lincoln Memorial.
The Willard Intercontinental wedding was across the street from the White House. We included an accommodations card with the suite and all of the details to book reservations. Emerald Green envelopes were digitally printed with graphics and the stately fonts from the invitations.
We love difference response card wording and the White House wedding invitations included an unique rsvp card. With the wording “Do you take Jackie and Rob’s invitation to dine, drink and dance?”, the invitations showed the couple’s personality. The response card had a line for a song request and also had a cute regrets line of “We have commitment issues”.
