Laurel + Anthony: Gold Letterpress Invitations
It is no secret – I love letterpress. If I designed invitations for myself, they would certainly be letterpress. When Laurel met with me and want metallic gold letterpress, I was so excited. I used three different fonts with a rose peony graphic.
All of the inserts are bundled with a large piece of gold ribbon and a paper sash printed with the guest’s name.

Cream envelopes were lined with gold liners and addressed with machine calligraphy. A coordinating rose graphic was used on the envelopes with another custom stamp.
Oh goodness – they're just beautiful! Gold can all too often come across as a bit tacky – but these are so gorgeous!
Amazing! Could you tell me, if the color of the invitations & enclosures are cream? Or, are they white? Also, is the gold ribbon the same gold as the envelope lining? And lastly, what type of ink did you use — what gold color? I love this!!! Great job!
