Crazy enough, I do more brunch invitations than I do rehearsal dinner! Jennifer asked me last minute if I could make an insert to go in her invitations for the brunch. I toned down the damask to get all of the information needed on the invitation.
My first graduation invitations – these were fun and a challenge. Susie really wanted the Bowl of Hygieia on the invitation. But it is a pretty simple graphic. So I took a part of her wording, “Laughter is the best medicine”, and used it as a graphic along the serpent’s back.
These were a blast to work on. Not only is the day after Arianna’s wedding a brunch, but it is also a surprise party and roast for her father! This was a design I had in mind for a while and finally got to use it. Matching orange/peach envelopes finished the set.
I don’t do many, but bachelorette invites are fun in that they are themes I would never do on a wedding invitation. This one was inspired by the first stop of the night – a fondue restaurant for dessert. The strawberry envelopes are a really fun addition too.
