Soti + Ryan: Formal Elegance Inspired Letterpress

Soti contacted me to design her letterpress invitations and knew she wanted something formal and elegant. Her colors are a rust-copper color and brown and the combination made for a stunning fall letterpress set.

I designed a scroll ornament with a border of dots. I just love the impressions that dots and curls make into the thick cotton stock with letterpress.

The RSVP postcard has the same ornament, but in a different position. Complete with custom stamps that contain part of the design.

>The back of the response card has lines for each guest to fill in their name and meal choice.

The directions card contains the accommodation information and another small ornament to continue the theme.

A bellyband with each guest’s names is wrapped around the invitation package.

The outer envelopes have a side flap and the design draped over the flap is stunning. Another custom stamp completed the look.
