Katie brought an awesome looking save the date to her consult and she wanted it to be the inspiration for her invitations. I was ecstatic because I’ve always wanted to do large capital text for the names and lower case script for the text. In the last three years, no one has let me do […]
Yvonne loved my swirl invitations that I’ve done, but she really wanted hers to be different. We found this graphic that is just that! The detailing on the swirls is somewhat masculine and I used the graphic all over these invitations – even on the back of the envelopes. Her inserts are all held together […]
To me – green and pink are one of the most difficult color combinations to pull off with paper. Erica’s combination of sage green and pink with a matching floral graphic is a great combination and the pink doesn’t look so “girly” to me in this set. Erica had not one clue what she wanted […]
I LOVE Terrah’s colors. We actually did four colors on these invitations – a pale green, cream, blue and dark navy blue. Her graphic is watermarked behind the invitation wording. I also used another pretty vintage looking divider and used it on nearly all of the pieces.
This invitation set was actually finished weeks ago, but it was another Molly Booklet invitation and I couldn’t post it until the invitation was “released”. These invitations are designed from outer envelope down to the very back of the invitation. Marcy’s Grand Traverse Resort wedding has a guest list of over 600 guests and they […]
I love Stacey’s color combination – orange, light green and dark green. This invitation is different for me with the bold life-like graphic. The postcard has the same graphic on the front and directions cards finished the set.
Meghan had NO idea what she wanted for her invitations. Even looking at graphics, she couldn’t choose. I finally took the reins and showed her this graphic option and she was sold. The invites originally were supposed to be printed in color, but we loved the black and cream so much, we dropped it. The […]
Meredith had a vision of swirls and dots, but didn’t really know what she wanted it to look like. She had found one graphic where the dots were fading and I couldn’t see it working on an invitation at all. She picked another graphic and I just didn’t “feel” it. I did a few proofs […]
Kate, like a lot of my brides, has other functions the weekend of her wedding. She didn’t want to do a ton of mailings so I suggested doing a folded card invitation for both events. She choose this funky garden scene for the graphic and I did fun things like big fold flowers on the […]
