Diana + Nick: Green and Black Crystal Wedding Invitations

Diana came to me through my longest wedding stylist relationship – Jennifer from It’s a Shore Thing.  I always love doing weddings and events with Jenn and her team and I know the details will push the design edge.  This wedding was no exception and I can’t wait to post the details tomorrow!  All images in this post are credited to the amazing Kristen Taylor Photography.

The inspiration for Diana’s wedding invitations came from the vintage style broach made of black crystals that was attached at the waist of her wedding gown. I designed the invitation with vintage fonts and a vintage ornament and attached black Swarovski crystals to the invitation.

The inserts inside the pocketfold invitation were three different colors and designed to have the ribbon like design flow onto each card.

The rsvp envelopes were designed with the same vintage fonts and with a coordinating custom postage stamp.

Each pocketfold was held closed with a pretty green sashed designed with their monogram.

I love the custom postage on the outer envelopes. I designed them with their monogram and a frame that outlined the stamp printed right on the envelopes.
