Gina was reading the Woman’s Wear Daily issue about Fashion Week 2009 and noticed that butterflies were everywhere in spring fashion this year.

Gina loved the idea of incorporating butterflies into her invitations. Then she fell in love with these butterfly plates from John Derian.
I designed the butterfly to sit on top of the floral scroll graphic at the bottom on the invitation. The fonts are so pretty printed in deep purple. The green and purple invitations are such a beautiful fresh look.
The rsvp card front design was inspired from the look of the John Derian plates.
Custom stamps were designed to be part of the viney floral graphic with a butterfly on the stamp.
Custom maps were designed and included information for the welcome party. Welcome party invitation insert were included in a few of the invitations.
The outer envelopes are a new favorite with a design wrapping over the flap and stamps designed to complete the pattern with a monogram and butterfly.
And custom envelope liners were designed for inside the envelope.
