Jenny really had no clear vision of what she wanted her invitations to look like. She just knew that she wanted elegant. Her amazing colors – yellow, orange and terracotta are so fun and bright, I tried to mix fun and elegant together. I sent over three design ideas. That helped us know that we wanted to do flowers and Jenny wanted the flowers to curve around the words.
I then used two different graphics that closely matched the invitation graphic on the rsvp postcard front and back. The inserts were wrapped with loads of the terracotta ribbon.
The directions are in the bright tangerine color printed a deep rust red with another similar grapic.
The envelopes are definitely my favorite piece. They are orange printed terracotta and the graphic hugs the frame containing the machined caligraphy addresses.
