When Ruth saw our Victorian die cut pink and gold menus, she asked if we could make that into an invitation. We of course replied “Of course!”. Her pink and gold wedding invitations are printed with gold foil AND pink foil! The gold foil is embossed on the frame and the pink foil is gorgeous as an accent color within the frame. Gold ink was used for the wording on the invitation and creates a dimensional look. The floral border is inside of a vintage frame and then die cut. Ruth’s Michigan League wedding reception was on the invitations as “Dinner, Dancing and Merriment to follow”. This is one of our favorite saying to note that the wedding and reception are at the same location.
We used a pink suede feel RSVP envelope are printed with foil too. The response card had places to select each guest’s meal choice, including a vegetarian and gluten free option. Custom stamps were designed for both the response and outer envelopes. We recommend digital calligraphy for all of our invitations so the style and fonts match the invitations. We can print with ink too and looks like hand written calligraphy!
