When Lisa met with me, she had NO idea what she wanted. She had even bought some sample invitation and hated all of them. So I asked what she loved about the wedding. She pulled out a picture of her cake with tiny black ribbon tied in a simple bow on each layer. I immediately […]
I had a blast working on this chart for Nikki. She is doing a subtle daisy theme at the reception and I love this silhouette graphic. What a gorgeous piece to greet her guests at the door!
I only got to do this one extra for Katie – my one and only folded card table number of the season. I love these table numbers. Inside is the dining menu and on the reverse, the drink menu.
I’m doing nearly everything for Neeley – EXCEPT her wedding invitations! This graphic is going to be used on all of her pieces to come. We’re using the same graphic, but changing the color and style by changing the fonts throughout.
Teresa Gatefolds are one of my most formal of the year and her extras followed suit. We did a three page program with a new ribbon closure, menus to be wrapped with napkins and placecards. Have a safe trip to WV!
My first of many this year, I was so excited for Jody’s letterpress invitations. I love the new trend to do blind debossing – pressing in a graphic with no ink. Jody is doing an English Garden theme at her wedding and she wanted a rose graphic. We used the roses in a very dominant […]
Lora has an unique situation – nearly half of the guest list is German and required a German invitation. I loved the idea of doing two totally separate invitations and that is what we did. The inspiration was Andre’s family crest. We had used the crow flying carrying the crest on her Save the dates […]
I love this idea. Stephanie and Mike made wine as their favors. She asked me to make table numbers that will go on wine bottles for half of the tables and then panel table numbers for the other tables. I also did wine labels for just the wedding party and they are a duplicate of […]
Beth picked up her ceremony and reception items today. I love her formal black swirl graphic and I used it everywhere. She chose the trifold program and I put the graphic on the “cover”. It is ALL over her unity candle and all over the seating chart – which I love. I haven’t done a […]
I was so excited when I got this order. Jennifer is having two ceremonies – a Mehndi sunrise service and then later in the day, a traditional service and reception. Although I didn’t do the Indian wedding invitations, she wanted the invitations to be very Mehndi in their inspiration. She fell in love with two […]
I’ve been working for months on a new look for my website gourmetinvitations.com. I had the idea months back to do photos with brides and invitations. Dionne from the Shooting Gallery and I talked for weeks about ideas, and she really propelled my ideas to a new level. Working with two of my past brides, […]
When I posted the new custom Tori Pocket Susie fell in love with it and wanted it too. We did this awesome hot pink orchid design and pumped up an already amazing invitation with Swarovski™ crystals, map and custom stamps. We also did color printing on the envelopes and envelope liners. Susie is another bride […]
Michelle is picking up her table numbers and seating chart tonight. The square tent is my new table number of choice and we simply did her rose graphic and bold number. She had ordered more tents than she needed so I made pretty monogrammed note cards for her with the extras. Dionne from the Shooting […]
I was so excited when I finally got the folder style pocketfolds available. I’ve been asked many times over the past for years for them. Crystal is my first to try it and it turned out amazing. The color combination is fabulous and adding champagne to pink is a great way to make pink more […]
Carol is another bride that came to me through It’s a Shore Thing. We started out with only table numbers and a seating chart. But the order grew into a monogram that was used on a Bouquet Sash from The GarterMaker custom aisle runner and even monogram plastic bar cups! Carol then came to me […]
